From an idea to a published post, in six steps

VistaraWave is used by businesses that publish their own content, most of them healthcare clinics and practices today. Each business works in its own private workspace with its own team.

  1. It learns your business

    Give it your website address and answer a few questions. VistaraWave learns your services, the people you serve and the way you like to sound.

  2. It researches and plans

    It looks at your market, writes a marketing strategy and fills a content calendar. Every post gets a topic, an owner and a date.

  3. It drafts with you

    AI writes first drafts of posts and video scripts. You can record with an on-screen teleprompter and trim, caption and resize video right in your browser.

  4. It checks every claim

    A compliance check reads each draft against the rules for your field, flags risky wording such as unsupported health claims, and suggests a safer version.

  5. Your team signs off

    Each post goes to the right people for approval, for example your marketing lead and then a medical reviewer. Nothing is published until a person approves it.

  6. It publishes and reports

    Approved posts go out to the accounts you chose, at the time you chose. VistaraWave then shows you how your own posts performed and what to try next.

VistaraWave is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X or Pinterest. All product names belong to their owners.

Your accounts stay yours

Connecting a social account gives VistaraWave permission to do two things: publish the posts your team approved, and show you the numbers for your own posts. Nothing else.

The full details are in our Privacy Policy. To remove access or ask us to delete your data, follow the data deletion instructions.

  • Nothing is posted without a person approving it. Every post shows exactly what will be published, where and when. A person on your team has to approve it first.
  • We never see your passwords. You sign in on Facebook, Google, TikTok and the other networks' own pages. They give VistaraWave an access key, called a token, instead.
  • Tokens are encrypted. Account tokens are encrypted before they are stored, stay on our servers, and are never shown in the app or shared with other customers.
  • Disconnect any time. Remove an account in Settings, under Connected accounts, and its tokens are deleted straight away. You can also remove VistaraWave from the network's own settings.
  • We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Not your content, not your accounts, not your numbers. We do not use it to train AI models either.

Does VistaraWave post anything on its own?

No. AI suggests plans and drafts, but every post has to be approved by a person on your team before VistaraWave publishes it. You choose the account, the wording, the media and the time.

Who is VistaraWave for?

Businesses that publish their own content on social media and want help planning and creating it. Most of our customers today are healthcare clinics and practices, so VistaraWave includes a compliance check and sign-off steps for fields with strict advertising rules.

How does VistaraWave connect to my social accounts?

Through each network's official sign-in and publishing tools. When you connect an account, you are sent to the network's own sign-in page, you see the permissions VistaraWave is asking for, and you choose which pages or profiles to connect. VistaraWave never asks for your social media passwords.

What does VistaraWave do with access to my accounts?

Only two things: it publishes the posts you approved, and it reads the numbers for your own accounts and posts (such as views, likes and followers) so it can show you how they did. It does not read your private messages, comment, like or follow on your behalf.

Can I put patient information into VistaraWave?

Please don't. VistaraWave is for public marketing content, not patient records. Do not enter names, contact details, dates of birth, record numbers, diagnoses or treatment details of patients. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do if it happens by mistake.

Is my content used to train AI?

No. VistaraWave sends the content needed for a task, such as your business description and a draft, to an AI provider to produce a result. We do not use your content or data from your social accounts to train AI models, and our AI providers' business terms do not allow them to either.

How do I disconnect an account or delete my data?

In VistaraWave, open Settings, then Connected accounts, choose the account, then Manage, then Disconnect. You can also remove VistaraWave from the network's own settings, or ask us to delete everything. The data deletion page has step-by-step instructions for every network.

Who owns what I create?

You do. Your posts, videos and plans belong to your business. Our Terms of Service explain the limited permission you give us to store and publish them for you.
